Building a new house is an exciting prospect and we have a wide range of experience in this area to help clients through the process. Our policy is always to aim at finding out what our clients would like and producing a design to meet these requirements in an imaginative way, rather than to impose a "set" design. The way we do this is by discussion followed by the preparation of sketch designs which we then take back to the clients for further discussion before proceeding to the next stage as this keeps the client involved during the whole of the design process.
The services we can provide for the domestic client can vary according to individual requirements. This may just involve the production of plans to meet planning and building regulations requirements or may include a full service, as described in the residential Extensions section.
We are also able to advise clients on the various stages of the building process and other statutory procedures. We can also help to decide on the best way of choosing a builder, whether by competitive tender or other means.
